This is the time of year we look forward to most. Not only is the weather beautiful, the senses are tempted with the smells of sunblock, peanuts, and hotdogs. The crack of the bat reminds us that Spring Training is upon us, so out we go. Just down the road from us, the Surprise Stadium, home to the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals, becomes our favorite weekend retreat. This past weekend we took Vinny to his first Spring Training game.
This pretzel was quite possibly Vinny's favorite part of the day. After we had spent a good deal of time carefully breaking the pretzel into tiny pieces, I looked down to see that Vinny took it upon himself to just pick up the whole thing and chew on it. Before I knew it, there was a huge bite chomped out of it!
